My wife and I stopped at the Leesburg store and welcomed by Wendy. Wendy's personality and professional attitude were wonderful. We felt no pressure looking at Area Rugs. It got closer to closing time and Wendy suggested to take home the 3 rugs we were interested in. She said it's helpful to view during daylight and at night in a room. We had a bit of sticker shock with prices. Wendy didn't oversell, was empathetic, and talked about the industry and quality of each rug. She stayed more than 40 minutes after closing and wrapped the rugs up to load into our vehicle. Her service guys had already left for the day. I called the next day to see if she would be in to talk and drop off the rugs. She answered and said we should talk to Amy. I asked if she was on commission. Wendy assured us it was ok to talk to Amy. We went to the store and Amy was just as wonderful as Wendy. Both were there, gave us ideas and were very nice. They treated us like family. I actually felt like I was an employee being taken care of that well. Both Wendy and Amy work well together in sales. I no longer work, but being in sales myself, this was refreshing to see. As far as store cleanliness and presentation, Great Lakes deserves an A+ and should be commended and written up in Local and Northern Florida Magazines for appearance and style. My wife and I visited the Wildwood store since. That store is amazing as well, with a beautiful selection.. The Salespeople there were helpful sharing what Great Lakes stands for, tradition and value. We received emails of samples to choose from as well, and the option to take home to view. We are so happy Great Lakes Carpet & Tile looks at their customers with the focus on making us feel at home when in their stores. I only hope each location will be here for many years to come.

I just wanted to let you know how extremely happy we were with the Republic laminate flooring we picked out with you with the efficient and wonderful job of installation that Lenny fro, LCI did on completing the job at my daughter's patio villa in The Villages.
Nick, you were very helpful in recommending the Republic flooring and we think it will fill our needs nicely. Lenny and his co-worker from LCI were on time both days and did a great job of removing the old carpet from the home. Then they did a wonderful job on the installation of the new Ash Gray laminate flooring by Republic. It makes such a difference in the appearance of the home and the installers took their time and did a wonderful job on installing the product. As we cleaned up the flooring before putting the furniture back in place we could not be happier with the installation. I could not find a spot that was not done to my satisfaction.
Nick, we just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the product itself and with the expertise in recommending the product and with the work of Lenny from LCI. We have used Great Lakes twice, one for carpet installation in our home and now the laminate installation at our daughter's place and we could not be happier each time with the completed job. We highly recommend Great Lakes for any flooring needs.
