Even if it means replacing your carpet
The stain protection part of our plan protects you up to three ways. When your plan is registered, you get our FloorCare for Life Stain Removal Kit featuring Mohawk FloorCare Essentials®, among the most effective and environmentally friendly cleaning products available. This kit contains what you need to remove most stains immediately. Great Lakes Carpet & Tile offers a complete collection of Mohawk FloorCare Essentials® products for any flooring surface. These safe, environmentally friendly cleaners perform better than most national brands.
For stains that don’t come out with the stain removal kit, our FloorCare for Life Service Center will make arrangements for a professional cleaning technician to remove the problem stain, free of charge. In the rare instance when a professional cannot remove the stain, our 10-Year and Lifetime plans go even further. We will replace the stained carpet and adjacent area free of charge for the first five years and all you pay for is the installation costs. After year five, you pay for installation costs and 50% of the original carpet cost and we’ll pick up the rest.
All major carpet manufacturers require regular professional cleaning to keep their warranties in effect. Keeping track of this can be a hassle for most busy homeowners, and finding the right professional service provider can also be an issue. Protect & Care solves this by giving you notice well in advance of required warranty cleanings. More importantly, you don’t have to worry about searching for a reputable service. Great Lakes Carpet & Tile is a FloorCare for Life authorized floor care service provider and they will contact you to arrange your service appointment. In addition, as a Protect & Care plan owner, you are automatically enrolled in our FloorCare for Life Membership Club, which provides you with significant savings and other benefits as you protect the value of your carpet.
